Our students arrived to quite the surprise—Louie the Leprechaun had visited overnight! Classrooms and the enrichment room were completely “redecorated” with playful tricks and tiny hints that our sneaky guest had been busy while everyone was asleep. From flipped furniture to silly surprises, Louie definitely made his presence known!
The excitement didn’t stop there. At breakfast, students were shocked to find that their usual meal had been swapped for Lucky Charms and green milk—because apparently that’s what leprechauns prefer! And just when we thought Louie’s tricks were over, lunchtime brought even more giggles with green scrambled eggs on the menu.
All day long, our students worked together to try and catch Louie the Leprechaun, setting traps, sharing ideas, and using their imaginations. While he may have escaped (again!), the laughter, creativity, and teamwork we saw made the day truly magical.
