It's a Merry Morning at The Academy of Indian Lake Village! We kicked off our Holiday Spirit Week with Pajama Day! Students are exploring the color green, sequencing number puzzles, and building Christmas Trees to rock around! 

Mr. Grinch joined AOILV for breakfast! Ms. Morgan caught him trying to steal our Christmas Trees! Students enjoyed a special visitor during breakfast. The Grinch spread his holiday cheer by passing out candy canes and doing silly dances with our little learners! 

St. Nick Surprise

 The kids left their shoes out side of the classroom and St. Nick came around to give them a special treat. 

Turkey Trot

 To celebrate Thanksgiving with our amazing kids and families, we had a turkey trot. The kids got to run their little hearts out then go in and warm up with some yummy hot chocolate. 

Pre K 2 circle time

We love seeing both of our Pre K two teachers interacting and working with the kiddos during circle time. They are working on recognizing their numbers and how to spell them. 

 

Toddler 1

Look at all these little scientist in the toddler one classroom. 

They are having a blast getting to test out these fun science googles and look adorable doing it!

 

Messy kiddos

Preschool Two having a blast making messes with shaving cream. They built different shapes and used resources in the class to help make it a fun learning experience. 

 

Circle time fun

Having so much fun learning during circle time. All of our classes go above and beyond with the fun experiences you can create while still learning.

 

3D fun

Check out these little cuties trying to learn how to put on glasses. We talked about grandparents and they got to have some fun with the 3D glasses.

Pre K One is rocking it out with this super cute pictures that they made, while working on name recognition.

 

 

Todd One

 Toddler One having so much fun talking about grandparents and how to put on glasses. Their got to play with some fun 3D glasses and learn how to take them on and off. 

Literacy fun

 Reading can be fun for any age. All of our littles are showing off those reading skills. 

Story time is the best time. Mrs. Karen loves reading with her kids and they get so excited to see what adventure they are gonna hear about next. 

Even our Infants love to flip through and check out all the colorful pages in their books 

All about me

 Our Toddler classrooms are learning all about themselves this week. In the pictures, you can see the teachers are holding up a mirror to have the kids see themselves pointing to their noses.
