Pajama Day!!

We love our special dress up days at The Academy Of Indian Lake Village. I am positive that Pajama day is not only a kid favorite but a parent favorite as well! All of our friends absolutely loved being able to come to school in their favorite pajamas. It is always nice to be able to wear comfy clothes in the middle of the week. Also here is a link to fun idea for dress up parties for kids.  Here are a few pictures of our friends wearing their pj's.

My gym

January is all about fitness at The Academy. It is our annual fitness fanatics month. This week we had My Gym come to visit our friends at AOILV. They showed our friends how to do cool somersaults, the kiddos also ran a relay race. They had so much fun! It is so important to teach your children about fitness early! Please feel free to check out My Gym for more information My Gym

What's in the box?

Here at The Academy we love for our children to use their imaginations. This month we are learning all about opposites! Our amazing Preschool 3 teacher did an activity with her children called what's in the box? She placed items in the closed box and let them feel inside. She placed hard and soft objects in the box and the children had to try and guess what the items were! They so enjoyed being able to use their imaginations and guess what's in the box!
