Twas the Friday before Christmas, all the reindeer food was made and all our letters were written. As the children waited patiently for Santa to arrive!! The kids loved having Santa here for a few hours!! He arrived in style in a red convertible, its a long ride for the reindeer to come from the North Pole just days before Christmas!! The older classrooms loved sitting on Santa's lap and telling him what they wanted for Christmas. Some of the kids even wrote letters to him to give in person!!!
Our Pre-K 2 class had a friend touch their elf on a shelf, so Santa was kind enough to bring him back to the North Pole and restore his magic! The kids were so excited to have Snowflake back in their classroom!!!

Snowman at Night
Our Pre-K 3 Classroom read the book "Snowman At Night" today and then they made snowmen on black paper. This activity took a lot of preparation. Last week the Children ripped up paper to use for their snowman project. Today they read the book "Snowman At Night" and they glued their snowman together. Tomorrow during art they are going to give their snowman character by adding his face! All the Kids were very excited about making their snowman after reading the story!!
